PRIZE DRAW 2025

Introduction
  1. The organiser of this prize draw is the Royal College of Nursing. If you have any questions about this promotion, please contact shop@rcn.org.uk
  2. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them;
  3. This prize draw and its prize are managed solely by the Royal College of Nursing and are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any external businesses.
Eligibility
  1. The giveaway is:
    • Only open to members of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) aged 18 years or over;
    • Not open to employees of the Royal College of Nursing or its group companies;
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
The prize draw
  1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  2. The prize draw opens on 28/08/2025 at 00:01 BST and closes on 14/09/2025 at 23:59 BST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
  3. To enter, participants must complete all required fields and hold a valid RCN membership.
  4. 5 winners will be selected via a random draw conducted fairly and impartially, within 10 days of the closing date
  5. Winners will be contacted by shop@rcn.org.uk.
  6. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 10 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize
  1. The winner will receive: ‘I Love Nursing’ Tote bag, Water bottle, Magnet, and the Archive Pen & Notebook – prize worth over £35.
  2. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
  3. The prize is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer.
Limitation of liability
  1. All decisions made by the Royal College of Nursing regarding this prize draw are final and binding.
  2. Unless required by law (in which case your statutory rights are not affected), the Royal College of Nursing will not:
    • Be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from errors, interruptions, defects, or delays related to the competition;
    • Accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from use of the prize, except where caused by its negligence;
    • Accept entries that are from non-RCN members (including expired or non-existent accounts)
  3. The Royal College of Nursing reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw if necessary.
Use of Data
  1. Information provided during entry will be used solely for the following purposes:
    • To facilitate entry into the prize draw;
    • To contact participants regarding prize draw results;
    • To make any related publicity requests
